To make the most of your pre-construction meeting and to ensure proper fit of equipment into the apparatus we request the following data (where applicable) be supplied to SVI Trucks before scheduling the pre-construction meeting.  Experience has shown digital photos are extremely helpful to have during the pre-construction meeting. Note: If you do not complete all of the Required Fields, your submission will not go through our system. You will receive an on-screen error message, noting the incomplete fields.
